Awards made through this NOFO will fund quality research projects that: (1) contribute to knowledge about housing policy in the United States; and (2) generate actionable insights and evidence that can applied by policymakers and communities in the short-term.

Who can apply

Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs); Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs); Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities (TCCUs); and Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian Serving Institutions (ANNH) are eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
