1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

We collect the details you give us: the email and password you use to create a free account, the profile details you enter to match grants (such as your organization type, focus area, and stage), and any materials you choose to submit to the service. The free plan needs no payment details. If you upgrade to a paid plan in the future, billing is handled by a third-party payment processor, so we do not store your full card details.

3. How we use it

We use your information to deliver the service to you: to run Grant Match against public federal data (grants.gov and SBIR/STTR), to keep you signed in, to answer support requests, and to process any future payment. We may use data you submit, in de-identified and aggregated form, for analytics, debugging, fraud prevention, and product improvement.

4. AI processing

Where we use AI to help match or summarize opportunities, your inputs are processed through commercial API access to a third-party AI provider. Under that provider's standard commercial terms, your data is not used to train their models. We do not use your submitted content to train any AI model.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the providers that make the service work — such as our hosting, analytics, and (if you upgrade) our payment processor — and only as needed to deliver the service or where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and afterwards only as required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We will respond in line with applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the last-updated date below.
