14 days to change your mind
You may cancel your reservation and request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment, as long as you have not started using the service (generated a compliance matrix or a first-draft narrative).
Your rights are protected
Before you can generate any output, we ask you to separately confirm that starting the service begins the digital service immediately and may affect your statutory right to cancel. Until you give that confirmation, your full 14-day cancellation right stays intact.
Or credit it toward Pro
Continue past beta and your $199 deposit is credited toward your first Pro invoice, covering roughly your first four months. You never pay it twice.
How to request a refund
Email autonomous@autogranthunter.com from the address you used to pay. Approved refunds within the 14-day window are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, with no cancellation fees.
Once you have confirmed the start of the service and generated output, the deposit becomes non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Requests made outside the 14-day window are handled at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
This policy reflects your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. It forms part of, and should be read together with, section 3 of our Terms of Service.
