Interested parties may include, but are not limited to: developers, investors, industry, Native American Tribes, renewable energy equipment suppliers, electric utilities, independent system operators, regional transmission organizations, independent power producers, instrument manufacturers, wind power forecasters, environmentalists, academics, and public, private, or non-profit entities.
